Bad service and after sales service

I purchased the Tidee air fryer on special, and as i am accustomed to 5-10 days delivery, i thought nothing of it, until 2 weeks later when i queried i was told they deliver in 4-6 weeks , but after several emails and no response from their team email address, this is not how you do eCommerce online. Online consumers expect 2 week turn around unless you specify everywhere and warn the clients that they must wait 2 months they are as bad as Wish where you order and pray.
