I made an online purchase on 17.10.2023 & paid via eft. I received a confirmation email with the order no.: 17494. I sent an email on 19 & 20 October 2023 as the order showed on hold when I logged onto the website. I was told to expect delivery 23rd or 24th October & tracking details would be sent. The order was never delivered & I never received tracking details. I followed up on 24.10.2023 & was advised that there no stock of the product I ordered. I was advised I could wait another week or they could process a refund. I requested a refund. I emailed again on 26.10.2023 requesting feedback on the refund & they responded on 27.10.2023 stating it takes 7 working days for the refund to be processed. I followed up again on 6.11.2023 as I had still not received the refund. I have not had a response to this email and the money has not reflected in my account. You can't contact them telephonically as the number is always engaged. Please don't purchase from this website as I think they are ****mers.
