Failure to refund Ticket for Cancelled show
Short Version:
Freedom Fest Show Anounced -> Ticket Bought from Ticibox-> Show Postponed indefinitely-> Refund offered by Ticibox to be finalised by 18 May 2015 -> Details given to Ticibox -> No announcement made by any party by the morning of 18 May 2015 -> Lunchtime 18 May 2015 Ticibox tries to absolve themselves from any responsibility by stating that their clients should sue the people that they as Ticibox sold the tickets for.

I am a client of Ticibox, thus Ticibox should refund me. You can't make money as the middle man and take no responsibility when the Paw Paw hits the fan.

Really disappointed in the actions of Ticibox and I will probably never again attend an event where they sell the tickets because I carry all the risk if something is cancelled, as is evident with this Freedom Fest Fiasco.
