Bought a bakkie, paid in full, Ticaway missing

We bought a Kia bakkie from Ticaway. We paid in full for the bakkie and when we went to the company to collect the registration documents, they were missing. I send various emails to Hanz, Michael and Debbie. They reply with promises but that is like promises in the wind. We have tried to contact the owner of the vehicle with the help of the police. No success. We cannot register the bakkie in our company name and for all we know it might be a ****** car. We have lost all the money we have paid. These guys are big ****** and should be behind bars. If anyone knows where to find them please let me know. It comes down to them *****ing money from people and selling them goods that is actually not even their own.
