Waste of Time Travel Insurance from TIC

My claim was submitted on 24Sep Reference number : ***6 with the notice "it will take between 15-20 working days to conclude subject to the terms and conditions of the policy". I received a response from TIC on the 21 Oct (exactly 20 days later) requesting 6 more documents. I now cannot get any document from Turkish Airlines to confirm the flight was delayed because of the long delay from TIC which is now one of the required documents. Therefore TIC just cancel the claim and walks away!
