USELESS AND *********** INSURANCE

I was supposed to do a Greece trip in June and had taken out insurance with TIC. A day before my departure which was scheduled for the 1st of June 2023, I lost my dad. I logged on their website and logged a claim and sent through all my dad's documents and the death certificate. Only for their agents to come back to me and harass me with my dad's medical report. I asked why i have to give them my dad's report as he was not the one insured but me. I must say its all nice when we pay *********** and useless insurances like your company but come claim time you will find all types of excues not to pay. At least now i know not to ever insure my travels with your useless company.
