Travel Insurance TIC the worst company

The service of putting in a claim is absolutely pathetic. As the customer I always had to follow up, no feedback was ever received besides your automated e mail response. I will not recommend your company to anyone and I have advised FNB the free policy they give is not worth the paper it is written on. Horrible company very bad service.
