Travel insurance consultants (TIC) no response

I've been using TIC a few times and luckily I never needed to use them until my baggage was lost/delayed a few weeks ago. I've been trying to contact them, but am only getting automated replies promising to contact me asap.

The worst insurance I've ever used. Will never recommend them to a friend and am contacting the travel agency that I used to book them to also not use them as a client anymore.

Start respecting your customers and reply to emails and phone calls!
