TIC is USELESS

TIC is useless, stuck in Namibia, trying to do a claim but it’s feedback sucks. Trying to find out more about what is going on, but not answering my question. Tried to email a few different people. Phones does not work. Was promised I get a answer by 8 April the morning but it is a few days later, no reply!!!
