TIC for travel insurance

I would like to give a thumbs up to TIC. I was covered by them because I bought my plane ticket with my credit card, but I didn't realize that you had to validate your cover before you left. Nevertheless, they sent me backdated forms to fill in after an accident, and were very helpful in bringing the claim to a satisfactory conclusion. There was a small hiccup with the wrong exchange rate, but this was quickly set to rights. The service overall was forthright, friendly and efficient. Thanks, TIC, much appreciated!
