TIC DISHONESTY

This Company will look for any reason not to honor your claim when you have to. Twice they gave me the cover for overseas travel and when I had to claim (the second journey)they found a reason that I had not paid for the policy the same time that I paid for the journey. They said that I didn't pay within 48 hours of paying for the journey, but I had paid and they gave me a cover (or so) and I had policy documents with me when I traveled.
