Requested a full flight refund as I had to unfortunately cancel my trip. I dealt with claims service consultant Mrs. Natasha Singh who was most helpful throughout the whole claims process which required a lot of documentation and verification - but Natasha was very professional, and I received a full refund from TIC. I give them a thumbs up!
