Smooth Claim

I Would just like to thank TIC for the efficient way they handled my claim for a broken fishing rod on a flight back from Zanzibar.<br> <br> Student flights facilitated the trip and assisted/guided me through the claim process, and I too thank them. <br> <br> I was paid out my claim timeously without hassle. I did not have to beg and plead them for answers and payment like I have had to do with other insurance companies.<br> <br> Thank you. It was so nice to have something go my way when everything else wasnt.
