Piir TIC service

Obtained TIC insurance from Flight centre before overseas trip. Had flight, hotel and car changes with cancellations. After a month, submitting TIC documentation and policy docs, TIC seems unable to understand or willing to acknowledge that they are indeed the insurer. Amazing poir and ******** service. Policy in TIC heading and official documentation schedule and TIC staff only says it is not their policy. STAY AWAY FROM TIC travel insurance. FLIGHT CENTRE- do not sell TIC insurance.
