#pay back my money

<p>i have been waiting since beginning of July for my claim to be paid - i was delayed by a day returning from Laos - i was told that my claim could not be paid as i had to be delayed for more than 6 hours - the firt flight was 3 h late which meant that all the subsequnt ones were missed inlcuding an ovenight in bangkok - THAT IS MORE THAN 6 HOURS. and they dont answer my responses</p> <p> </p>
