No travel insurance policy received. Terrible service. Urgent!!

<p>I bought a flight ticket on 3 Feb and paid with my ABSA credit card, thus qualifying for free travel insurance from TIC. I requested said insurance telephonically and paid R500 to upgrade the insurance. After several unanswered telephone calls to TIC and emails to ABSA (on which I only received acknowledgment of receipt once) I still haven't received my policy. I urgently need it for my visa application and actually risk the possibility of my visa being refused. At my age of 73, it is important to have medical insurance for a visa application. Even if I do get the visa, I am forced to travel overseas without any insurance.</p>
