NO Service Travel Insurance Consultants

Not a matter of TERRIBLE SERVICE... It is a matter of NO SERVICE. I submitted a claim on Monday, 06 January 2020 and have been following-up regularly - only to hear that the claim has been logged and will take 15 to 20 workdays to process. 31 Workdays later and NO correspondence or contact form TIC. If I send an e-mail, I just receive an automated response. A disgrace.
