No response and payment of claim that is ridiculou

claim number ***0<br> <br> I have had no response with regard to my claim for 2 laptops and 2 psp consoles ****** whilst travelling via Emirates from Jhb -Abu Dhabi - Thailand. I reported everything and provided the company with a letter from Emirates as well.<br> <br> I have had no email response other than the company saying that they are working on my claim. I can see a payment for R2 000 and something in my bank account but no explanation or response as to why the amount is so low for the above things.<br> <br> I think that clients are really misinformed of what they are covered for. Had I known this I would not have bothered with travel insurance in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. Bad response. Bad company.
