*****ing over the little guy

If i could write a 0 star review I would.

My flights were cancelled by the airline causing whole holiday package to being cancelled. I tried to claim but was told due to COVID they can't pay me out as I didn't take it out within 48 hours. After fighting and making them realise the flights were cancelled they agreed. It's been 3 weeks of them asking me every 3 Rd day for the same documents or in different orders. Them asking for permission letters from my wife for them to pay me instead of her even though it was paid from my account and have sent them proof of payments and receipts. In the last 3 weeks I have had to resubmit the same documents probably 20 times over 30 emails. Absolute worst and noone answers the phones. And when they do they tell me to email them. Rather shoot yourself in the face than deal with these people.
