I was really happy with the way the claims consultants spoke to me over the phone and via email. It was easy for me to submit my claim once figuring out how to do it on the website (I just wish they had mentioned I needed to provide a 6 month medical history from my GP as this caused delay in processing as I submitted it a few days after submitting the claim) and I did receive updates when I asked over email. It took longer than expected but it was settled and I appreciated their help and kindness. First time dealing with travel insurance and submitting a claim, and it went a lot better than expected. Will definitely be using TIC whenever I travel!
