I used the TIC insurance via my FNB credit card. I needed to claim for delayed luggage. My claim was processed within one month. And approved for the things I purchased as a result of my delayed bags. I tried to add a few extra things like food and transport. But they rejected those claims, which was fair. All in all, they paid our R1600. The claim process was easy and online. The email correspondence that followed was efficient and my money arrived before they sent me the final outcome of my claim. I would recommend these dudes again.
