Excellent service from TIC Travel Insurance Consultants

I recently submitted a claim to TIC - Travel Insurance Consultants for costs related to a canceled trip due to health issues of an immediate family member.

Whenever submitting any kind of claim, one kinds of expected to be declined. I don't really trust anyone, but TIC did settle my claim successfully.

I do understand the need as a business to verify the date of the diagnosis, but I did provide a doctor's letter. Questioning that is the only thing I felt could have been avoided.
