Don’t buy TIC insurance from Flight Centre

I had a very bad experience with TIC. My bag broke and was not replaced by TIC . I was in Australia and had to buy a new bag which was never reimbursed. Both our tested glasses were lost on the trip from Singapore to Australia. Our limit on glasses was R30000 , they only paid R1150 . Each glasses was over R7000 to replace. So when you are buying insurance from Flight Centre do not be beguiled bbt the sales person as you are not really covered. It’s a ****. What is irritating is that it is underwritten by Santam insurance. So please beware of Travel Insurance Company ( TI C) Use Bryte instead they are 100% better This company TIC are all con artists. I paid R8000 for 76 days of travel, do not be ********** as I was thinking that you are insured cos you are not insured.
