DON'T BOOK TRAVEL INSURANCE THROUGH TIC

On the 12th of May 2015, I sent this mail to a travel agency to assist me with Travel insurance. Please could you give me some advice? My husband and I have booked to take my daughter to Europe in December to fulfil a dream while we still have time. My problem is that I would need oxygen on the flight for her as she has a very severe lung disease and I am not sure how to go about booking it with Air France. We would also need to take a lot of medication on board some needs to be refrigerated and with some we need to use needles? How do I go about getting all these things approved? Could you also please recommend a good company to get some travel insurance from as our medical aid doesn't cover international travel so I just need to make sure that we are covered. <br> Unfortunately my daughter didn't make the trip and passed away on the 03 December 2015.
