Dishonest, lying, cheating assistants.

I have always supported TIC.. However I find that they are very dishonest. No where on their contact and terms and conditions did they tell me Corona Virus is excluded. Suddenly when I make a claim they say it is not covered. I bought the insurance before the outbreak and flights were cancelled - this is a worldwide phenomenon. TIC is very unhelpful and greedy.
