Disgusting!

I only gave a one star as there is no options for less than that! We always get travel insurance through TIC and have never used it but always felt safe knowing we are covered should we need anything. Then a friend of ours died on our holiday and TIC was absolutely useless. They didn’t know how to handle the situation at all and couldn’t give us any feedback or updates as to what was happening and what we could expect. Their service was absolutely disgusting. We were left in the dark for weeks. I will never use TIC again and would recommend anyone to go to a different travel insurance company. You are not in good hands with TIC!!!!
