Conplete and utter disregard

We have been traveling for years with no need to use our insurance with TIC until we had a death on our last trip. We contacted TIC for assistance. Absolutely disgusting the way the situation was dealt with. No compassion from staff, constant rotation of call center consultants. No return of call, no promises kept. Complete and utter disregard for any sympathy. The necessary information I had to gather myself in a foreign country. Will not recommend this insurance or ever use this insurance again.
