Claim Rejected on baseless reasons

I have took out travel insurance with TIC .

I was informed by UK embassy that my visa was denied due to my affordability and not convincing them that i can afford the trip ,I have booked for the trip via traveling agency which all expenses were paid for , Including Flights , hotel , race ticket as i was suppose to race London marathon.

TIC has informed me today via Thabang that my claim was rejected due to the reason for VISA denial reasons which was beyond my control .

I have suffered a double bow due to this my claim was rejected ,while i took insurance that covers visa denial .

i feel like the insurance company is happy as long as they receive our premium .

Can anyone assist in this regard
