Claim rejected and six weeks to process

Claim denied after waiting six weeks. If you miss your flight because your transportation to catch the flight was a bus and not another flight they will reject your claim unless you planned to arrive more than 3 hours at the airport before your flight leaves, regardless of whether or not it's a domestic or international flight.
