claim rejected and no one can tell me why

claim has been rejected phoned to find out why and was told to email. I have emailed and emailed and no one has responded.

This is completely unacceptable. Will never recommend anyone using them.

On the letter saying claim has been rejected it tell me to refer to section 10 which doesn't even exist.
