APPALLING!!!

APPALLING!!! It's great to have insurance until there is a claim. TIC is linked with your credit card purchases for travel, we unfortunately had a death on holiday and contacted them for assistance but their service is non existent, shocking to say the least. You get passed from pillar to post, no answers and no one gets back to you as if the problem will go away. I do NOT recommend TIC
