Tiagos Port Edward food is great but service stinks

I had a terrible experience with Tiagos Port Edward yesterday.. I placed my order for take out at 11:52 am only received my order at 12:55 I know it was a busy day being a public holiday but the matter was handled in a unprofessional manner. I noticed customers that were attended to after me were receiving there orders.Staff were also taking out orders from other customers bags to give new customers walking in. I was informed "sorry your order was mixed up" seriously???
