Tiagos Durban North!

I am very upset with the bad attitude of staff and bad service from Tiagios Durban North yet again. Yesterday we were meeting friends fro lunvh so i suggested Tiagos. I thought i would give them a call and pre order so we dont have to wait more than 1/2 and hour fro our meals.

I called, a lady by the name of Bonisiwe i think answered. She answers the phone " Hello Tiagos". I said good morning, how you doing?" She says "Fine"...im like okkk nevermind, Please can i place an order. I will be there shortly She ask for my contact number. I called it out to her THREEEEEEEE times!!!! but she didnt get it! becos she is busy having a converstaion with someone else at the same time. I then told her ok, take my husbands number down maybe its easier. I started calling it out ans she screams at me saying "WAIT"! OMG am i a dog or something? Is this how your staff is trained in customer service?? I am sooo shocked!! We are not animals, please understand that!!!..

I was so upset i put the phone down. Called our friends but they were already on route to to Tiagos. I said to my husband, please go and order otherwise ill be very upset with that lady! He ordered a full chicken meal and as usual it takes more that 1/2 hour and the it comes in tit bits. The chicken came first. then the chips, the after asking, the rolls came and after asking again the livers were not ready after 45mins? Then the livers came and it was watery. Tell me do you people change the livers recipe every day? Cos thatis what it seems like right now. It is never consistant! It was horiible!

Lastly, there was much left over, i go the the cashier the same 2 ladies and ask them for take away packaging. They ignore me. My gosh they are such rude people! I aksed again and obviously she is too busy to serve me! I then asked her Hello can you hear me she shouts " YES I WILL BRING IT TOO YOU!!! Im so upset!!

This is the height! I have never experiencedthis before anywhere! When you call for the manager, MY GOD its absolutely of no use as last time he refuse to listen about the livers being so dry and completely sides with his staff! Whats the purpose of a manager?

I will never support TIAGOS again! Atleast train your staff with good customer service and to smile and greet atleast! It was like i visited a Goverment Hospital or the Home Affairs yesterday! Thats the level of Tiagos Service!
