Poor service by Matatiele Tiagos employee

I got such a poor service from Winnie who is working at Tiagos Matatiele, I I requested her to cut the full chicken into half and guess what she did they pieced it into 4. I they closed the door knowing that they would not open when I want to complain. This is such a cruel conduct by this employee. I wonder how many customers does she treat like this.
