Personal life conversations take precedent over paying customers!

The service received was absolutely pathetic in collection of my order. We placed our order at about 18:30 and returned at 18:45 waiting for the order. The cashier, 115 Akhona B, stood having a fat chat to another customer about men and their love lives while my food stood drying out for 15 whole minutes. Their attitudes were absolutely despicable and not even an apology about the order. Customer service is non existent!
