Useless service and unwillingness to asssit or even provide a quote

Tiaans aircon's owner and staff have been unwilling to assit us to service and repair our air conditioning unit.

After telling us a year ago they could not fix the aircon and leaving us with a leaking and non functioning air conditioned, when we asked them to assist by writing a letter stating what they told us a year prior. They were unwilling to assist us and had long stories on how they could now suddenly repair the unit.

After confronting the owner for being unhelpful and now assisting us to solve the problem, they put down the phone in my ear twice.

Asking them to do a qoute, their attitude was also very unhelpful and arrogant, as if they are doing us the client a favour.

Will never work with them again.
