Unhappy with service

Good-day, I used Tiaan's Refrigeration/air-con repairs to repair my Defy double door refrigerator. The freezer side was not working, after sending out a technician to assess the problem, it was found that the PC control board was faulty. They ordered a new one and came to replace it, after one day it blew the board. They came back to replace the PC board and it blew again after one day since fitment. They then came to fetch the refrigerator to continue fault finding at their workshop, which ended up being three weeks at which time they could not find the problem. They brought the Fridge back still not working and returned the money we spent on the parts claiming they cannot find the problem, at this time I noticed the broken kick plate on the bottom front of the fridge and the dents and scratches to the doors and sides which they claim was like that when they collected it. No communication and mishandling of property
