Bad Workmanship?
Staff training missing and Management don't check the work.
2 golden oldies looking to have a car aircon fixed. We were shown a replacement part which was to be fitted to the condensor. The vehicle returned after being at workshop since the day before had a terrible rattle and could not be driven the following day after incorrect fixing. 2nd attempt to fix took another day. When returned, no coolent in aircon despite being asdured that everything wad fixed. There is something very wrong with this workshop

29 Nov 2023, 19:48Motor car was taken in for further investigation by appointment with owner who was very pleasant and helpful. It was found that wires attached to the compressor had broken and the fuse on the compressor had blown and effected the gas. The wires were repaired and the cooling restored but further testing must be done by auto electrician otherwise the problem will re occur. It appears the vehicle is unusual and assembled in German and the aircon is a climate controller.
