6 months no delivery of Nyala and no money!

Tiaan Roux in Brits sells Game throughout the whole South Africa. He took R98 000 from us in January for 4 Nyalas. After about 3 months and a big hassle, we eventually received 2 Nyalas. After more drama we managed to get R20000 from him. He stil owes us R28000 and says once all his animals are sold, he will give our money back. This is rediculous.
