Never again!

<p>I planned a spit braai for my moms 70th birthday on 23/07/2017. I didn't want to have a big spit braai machine so I found a company who would cook the meat at their kitchen and bring everything to my home- enter Thyme Kitchen. </p> <p>Kobus gave great service over the phone and via email. But when it came down to the crunch...firstly the bain maries could not stay lit so the food was cold. The lamb was tougher than mutton, the chicken bland. I had to add some herbs and spices of my own. I feel as though I wasn't properly supp**** because it was mostly flank. This is not my first spit! The person who was supposed to serve wasn't there. The salad was off, I got complaints from guests the next day. The malva pudding arrived with no custard and there was only 1 serving utensil!</p> <p>I contacted kobus via email since I could not get through to his celll the Sunday of the event, and he still has not responded. He hasn't even had the decency to call and try to rectify anything. Not even an apology. I feel **********</p> <p>I will never again use them. I have another 2 big events this year and Thyme Kitchen will definitely not be a service provider! </p>
