Worst reservation experience ever

<p>On the 13th of May I've sent the required signed agreement. On the 28th of May I had to resend the signed agreement! This was only rep**** to on the 31st of May by Stephan Lindeque with the promise of sending an invoice post capturing lost accounting data. On the 5th and 11th of June I've sent follow-up emails. On the 15th of June my last email was deleted without being read. This is a sad state of affairs and I dread what the experience staying there would be if this is the level of service that you see whilst booking...</p>
