The Courier Guy is messing up now that we supported you into the big leagues

The Courier Guy was a great service when they launched. Now, they cannot answer clients emails, they mess up on deliveries, take no ownership and keep you sitting in your home for days awaiting a delivery.

I have made 5 calls, sent 6 emails and finally their star personnel sends me a WhatsApp message and then politely ignores me thereafter!
