Unhappy client

Thuthukani and my mom had an agreement of settlement amount, during the month of April and she paid it. Instead of sending her proof of settlement they went and reported her to credit collectors Ve-Tex Solutions and now the creditors are calling her about the payment that she owes, it's really frustrating to be treated like this but you have been co operating, she uses her cellphone n airtime to call them but still there's no solution
