Good day My review towards this company is not one of a good experience. I have been struggling to get paid up letters from this company for over a month now. I specifically called them and received mixed explanations about why they cant help me with a Paid up letter on my account I had with their loans division. The account details I received from Debt review consultants are: THUTHUKANI FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD ***

I followed up on one of their explanations that the loans division has been taken over by Finbond. I am getting no assistance from Finbond regarding my paid up account and they are not very helpful. I am struggling between Thuthukani financial services and Finbond to provide me with a paid up letter.

What else can I do to simply request either of these companies to provide me with a paid up letter. I need to clear my name from debt review.
