Bad Company and Service at TFS

Thuthukani handed over my account to Vertex solutions, Vertex was paid in full now Thuthukani state that I have outstanding fees amounting to 11.k that I need to pay. This was not communicated to me until I took an initiative to contact them. Why were the outstanding fees not communicated to me. Now my profile is tarnished because of them. Now they want me to make an arrangement to pay cause they had a system error. They have been quite since I paid up the account at Vertex to date. They failed to communicate with me. I have statements from Vertex collection that I paid off the account.
