Thusong Services Centre-MAPONYA MALL Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!!

I have never been so disgusted by a service received from a traffic department (Maponya Mall),China and his team "ESPECIALLY"VS NGWANE are the worst,not sure why they work for public entity if they cannot service the public,They are RUDE,IMPATIENT and not willing to assist or even do their jobs for that matter, Acting like you are doing me a favor while I'm paying and shouting at me that you will not assist even is Ludacris even worse because "CHINA" who should be a manager is also the same..GIVE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK AN OPPORTUNITY AND THESE ONES MUST GO...
