Pathetic service offered

I'm really frustrated upset disappointed and lost this has been the 5th time coming to the UIF office in soweto the once I came understandable not all my paperwork was ok but since the I've come 4times in the past month which cost for fuel to travel everytime and to get told sorry we offline and they say theres nothing that can be done and they don't have a solution but come back another day and they don't even consider the fuel or the people who gotta borrow everytime just to get here to get their stuff sorted
