Despicable Service From the Department of Labour at Maponya Mall in Soweto

<p>I submitted my UIF claim forms for my maternity benefits at Maponya Mall's Thusong Center on 2 July 2016 and I was told that I will receive payment in 7 to 10 working days and when I didn't receive it, I went to enquire about my payment and I was told that my application had not been allocated a pay master and that I'd receive payment by that Friday. I still have not received payment today even though I have been going there to enquire every week. What's worse is I spend three to four hours in the queue and I'm always told that I will receive payment by Friday. I really feel that the department of labour is failing us dismally and should change their working system or stop taking our money every month as they fail to pay us when we need it. I am very disappointed. </p>
