Bad service delivery and treatment from Euphonia Mashala

There is a Lady by the name of Euphonia Mashala at Maponya Urban Mall Thusong Servcie Centre, she is the rudest and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in my life. She is doing eye testing in the Thusong Services at Maponya Mall. Since morning while I was there, she test two or three people and leave her desk and come back after an hour or so and test another 2-3 people and leave.

Yesterday, she tested me with a broken eye testing machine that I could not even see the direction of the letter E in there from the beginning. When I complained that this is not right, she told me this machine is working just fine and threw me with my papers and told me to go to the doctor. When I went to the Optometrist at Kelzmo Eyecare, I passed the eye test with flying colors and even the Optometrist was so confused why don’t Thosong Services fix their eye testing machines. She knew the eye testing machine was faulty but still tested me with it, why? Then sent me to spend for a disability that is not true. Even the Optometrist gave me a half price because there was nothing wrong with my eyes at all. I still have the papers to prove that and the ones supplies by Euphonia.

When we get to Thusong Services in the morning they told us only one machine is working but Euphonia still tested me with the broken eye testing machine irrespective. I want to understand why is she busy doing a job that she does not like if she will treat people who desperately need her help? She was busy on the phone while I sit there, talking to her friends and kept shouting at me when I had to move for a photo taking and finger prints. These are the kind of people that make government services look despicable and unprofessional. You can’t treat people like that when all they need is to be helped in getting things done. May Thusong Services do something about that Lady, and call her to order. This is really disgusting and the worst service I have ever had in my life.
