Bad and poor service

I went to maponya mall on the 07th of February to sign for second payment for maternity benefit 10 days passed i called them on the 19th to enquire they told me that my application is pending i called again on the 21st they said my forms were lost they cant find them i must come back and sign the next day i came they said i came late i should come today the 23rd i come here there is a long queue i go to tge security to enquire he wants the name of the person that assisted me i explain that they didnt give me their name . the security tells me to join the queue and its not my fault that they lost my forms i am not happy about this becuase soon i will be going back to work and it seems like i wont get my full benefit.
